Role:- Oracle AI Agent Studio Technical DeveloperLocation: RemoteDuration: +6 Months contractInterview: videoOnly USC neededRole OverviewThe client recently went live with Oracle Cloud HCM and other Oracle modules on April 1 and is currently in a post-go-live stabilization phase. The existing technical team is heavily occupied with stabilization, integrations, and other Oracle work, while demand for Oracle AI use cases is growing quickly.The immediate need is for a hands-on Oracle technical resource who can build, configure, deploy, and demonstrate AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio, primarily within Oracle Fusion HCM.Core ResponsibilityThis is a pure technical individual-contributor role, not a functional lead or people-management position.The person will:• Configure and build Oracle AI Agents in AI Agent Studio• Work with both existing agents and new agents built from scratch• Configure/tune:o Topicso Prompts/instructionso Tools/actionso Guardrails• Deploy agents into production• Receive technical requirements, build the solution, and return/demonstrate the completed agent• Occasionally demo solutions to business/users• Help reduce manual effort for business users through AI-enabled functionality• Work with the existing technical/integration team when integrations are neededCritical RequirementOracle AI Agent Studio is a MUST-HAVE.The hiring manager specifically wants someone who has actually developed Oracle AI Agents and taken them into a production environment.Development/testing experience without production implementation is not sufficient.Because AI Agent Studio is relatively new, the manager is not setting a specific years-of-experience requirement. Direct hands-on experience is much more important than total years.Oracle ExperiencePrimary focus: Oracle Fusion HCMPotential future use cases may involve:• Finance• Supply ChainHowever, the hiring manager emphasized that the search should focus on HCM.Candidates with broader Oracle AI/development experience can be considered as long as they have the required AI Agent Studio production experience.Technical BackgroundThe candidate should have a working understanding of:• Oracle AI Agent Studio• SQL — specifically identified as a must-have• APIs / REST• Oracle Cloud integrations• General technical development concepts• Potentially Java/PythonHowever, the hiring manager clarified that these supporting technologies will not be the primary interview focus. The interview will primarily validate the candidate's Oracle AI Agent Studio experience.Integration RequirementsIntegration experience is preferred but not a hard requirement.The agents may need to retrieve data from third-party systems through Oracle Cloud integrations.The company already has an integration team capable of building these integrations, so this person can:• Coordinate with the integration developers, or• Build integrations themselves if they have the capabilityBasic integration knowledge is sufficient.Team Structure• Existing Oracle technical team: 4 people• This person will work alongside that team• They are not replacing or leading the team• This is an Individual Contributor position• The existing team will provide requirements and support around integrations/other technical areasCandidate ProfileThe hiring manager is looking for someone who is:Technically strong + proven Oracle AI Agent Studio experience + able to work independently.Communication skills are not a major screening priority.
