About the Opportunity:The Software Developer - L4 will contribute to building and integrating solutions that assist financial institutions in managing risk and compliance. This role focuses on sustainable application development within a collaborative engineering environment. The position plays a key role in advancing product development efforts, ensuring delivery of valuable features, and supporting the overall mission to strengthen the financial services sector.3. Responsibilities:Develop and integrate software products using best practicesCollaborate closely with product teams using user story mapping and design sprintsParticipate in Kanban-driven development processes to maintain workflowMentor less experienced developers and promote knowledge sharingTroubleshoot and resolve software issues rapidlyContinuously research and apply new technologies and toolsConduct and receive code reviews4. Requirements:Expertise in one or more of the following languages and frameworks: C#, JavaScript, Ruby, PythonStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databasesExperience with unit testing and instrumentation techniquesExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesAbility to give and receive code reviews effectivelyHelpful Qualifications:Experience with horizontally scaling systemsFamiliarity with message/event-driven and distributed systems architectureSystems integration experienceCollaboration with integrated design teamsAn automation mindset5.
