Food Runner

Job Summary Seeking happy and strong individual to run trays of food to tables and assist with Expo. Would prefer someone with experience however, we will train the right person. This is a DRAMA FREE - PROFESSIONAL restaurant. We are looking for ONE individual to join our happy and loving work family. Duties Deliver prepared food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist servers with clearing plates, refilling beverages, and bussing tables as needed Support food preparation and plating when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area Handle food safely according to established food handling and safety protocols Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service and addressing any special requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including clearing, wiping down surfaces, and organizing utensils and condiments Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for service shifts or special events Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, including serving, bussing, or food preparation roles Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking processes, or culinary experience is beneficial but not required Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment while delivering memorable guest experiences.
