Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and replenishing products in work area by stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate and timely fashionRemoving dirty dishes, glassware, flatware and other items from tables and countertops, transports to dish area.Ensuring work area is neat, clean and sanitized before and throughout shift by wiping down tables, counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work stationPartnering with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfactionMaintaining all equipment in proper fashion such as self‐service beverage machine, coffee machines, ice bins, etc.Interacting with guests and co‐workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional mannerAccountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe and TIPS)Adhering to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policiesSupporting safety and accident prevention programs (non‐slip footwear, proper lifting)Presenting oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the samePerforming all other related and compatible duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policyMust stand for long periodsAvailable to work required schedule willing to work nights, weekends, holidaysMust be able to follow directionsMust possess excellent interpersonal skillsMust be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cuesMust be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels and bright lightsTeamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day‐to‐day operationsCompliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirementsAbility to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environmentKnowledge of and compliance with department, property and company policies and proceduresMaintain health department standards and regulations – inspection scores should be at or above standards.
