This is a fast-paced cardiac PCU/Telemetry stroke overflow unit looking for experienced nurses who can confidently step into a high-acuity environment.  Position Details Specialty: RN Telemetry I / Cardiac PCU Job Type: Long Term Assignment Department: 2 East (2E) – 34 Bed Cardiac PCU/Telemetry Stroke Overflow Unit Shift: Nights | 19:00 – 07:30 Location: Barberton Campus, Ohio Patient Ratios: 1:4–5 Openings: 1 Required Qualifications Active RN License BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required Minimum 2+ years of recent PCU/Telemetry RN experience Recent Epic EMR experience within the last year must be listed on resume Recent phlebotomy experience within the last year Must be able to start and maintain IVs Comfortable managing cardiac drips Ability and willingness to float between units Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program Candidate Expectations We are looking for a strong, dependable nurse who: ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment ✔ Can hit the ground running upon arrival ✔ Has strong cardiac and telemetry experience ✔ Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment and teamwork Important Submission Guidelines RTO must be submitted at time of submission Maximum 7 days of RTO allowed No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of assignment Block scheduling requests are not accepted Candidates requesting block schedules will be automatically rejected Required dress code: Solid Black Scrubs Interview required ➜ Please include candidate interview availability when submitting Why Apply?
