Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAs a Greenplum Database Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with the design,implementation, and on-going support of Greenplum Analytic Data WarehousePossess at least 3 years of hands on development utilizing a PostgreSQL database;Possess at least 2 years of managing a multi-tenant production Greenplum environment;Deep knowledge of the interworking's of the Greenplum architectureAt least 2 year of experience leveraging Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS). AWS Certification ispreferred;Proven experience with identifying hardware and software related issues.A deep understanding of Greenplum design principals, cluster connectivity, security and thefactors that affect distributed system performance.Experience with Ansible or other Infrastructure as Code softwareExpert experience with at least one of the following languages; perl, python, java, spark orbash.Knowledge of best practices related to security, performance, and disaster recovery.QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
