Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations

We're hiring a General Manager!As a General Manager for Little Caesars, you will build and supervise a team that achieves Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.Your responsibilities will includeEnsuring customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goalsPreparing and ensuring that all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products that are served to customersAchieving the standards for a clean and organized restaurantRecruiting, hiring, training and evaluatingDeveloping a productive team by providing direction and supervision of colleagues through the appropriate use of communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills and implements change in a positive manner resulting in low colleague turnoverAccurately completing all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market DirectorScheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately and maintaining restaurant equipmentProperly implementing shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions that result in increased salesWhy work for us?Competitive compensaiton packagesAmazing teamCareer ProgressionHealth BenefitsBONUS Potential!And many more.....REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift up to 55 pounds.Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the groundThe ability to effectively communicate to customers and co-workers (reading, speaking, hearing, writing, etc.).Must have a valid driver's licenseMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management roleMust be 21 years of age or olderMust have a high school diploma or equivalentExperience with Profit and Loss StatementsThe ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctlyThe ability to successfully pass required training programs for certification.Basic math skillsPrevious supervisory experience requiredAbility to stand for long periods of time.Requires full availability seven days a week, from 9am to 11pmAs the fastest growing pizza chain in the U.S., theres no denying that Little Caesars is doing something right.
