Group has 13 locations in the surrounding cities of San Bernardino, Ontario, Fontana, Colton, East Los Angeles and Pomona, CA.100% outpatient position. Position available due to growth.40 total providers in the groupTelephone call only and is shared at 1 in 5 with other providers.EMR is eClinical WorksBase salary range is $270,000 - $300,000 based on experience and volumes the candidate wishes to see. Production bonus system in place.Doctors average 20-25 patient visits daily (lots of room for growth as desired)Medical, Dental, Vision covered at 100% for the doctor and family. 403B retirement with 4% match and $350,000 in life insurance.Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocationPTO includes 6 sick days per year, 6 holidays, 15 vacation days in year one and 20 in year 2. Vacation days go up to 25 after 5 years of service.5 days of CME and $2,000 allowance annually.
