Property CoordinatorThe Property Coordinator is responsible for all the administrative office services duties such as coordinating general business activities, appointment-setting, records control, and other administrative activities. The Coordinator is expected to follow and implement established operating policies including the resolution of office administrative challenges.Perks & Benefits:Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefit packageHealth saving account, flexible saving account, employee assistance programAnnual education allowanceGenerous referral programFun and collaborative company culture with lots of team-building eventsFriends and family rates for Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Opus Hotel and The Emily HotelWhat Will You Do?Coordinates and implements general office services such as appointment-setting, records control, and other administrative activities.Responsible for coordinating budget accounting operations.Maintains, interprets, and communicates operating policies.Coordinates the collection and preparation of financial and operations reports.Locates and compiles information, formats reports, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information.Coordinates all janitorial and housekeeping needs for the building.Works side-by-side with building engineers, security and maintenance supervisors and other vendors to ensure the property maintains Class-A status.Assists in the tenant rent collection process and necessary follow-up communication.Coordinates and assists with tasks that impact staff, costs, and/or quality of service.Coordinates tenant work order system and directs appropriate building personnel to the work.Administers all card access for tenants and Onni employees.Tracks all liability insurance certificates for vendors and tenants.Analyzes unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, and personnel requirements; creates new systems or revises established procedures.Analyzes and tracks all building utilities.Assists with special events planning.Performs other duties as required.What You Bring:High school diploma or GEDTwo years of college or equivalent work experience preferredThree years of related experience at a commercial property preferred.Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriateGood oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service skillsWorking knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookSolid organization and time management abilities preferredMust be self-motivated, creative, and resourcefulPrevious Yardi experience or similar platform preferredSalary Range: $30 - $38.46 per hourAbout The Company:OnniFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
