Position Information Classification Title Temporary Office/Clerical FLSA Non-Exempt UGA Job Code FTE 0.50 Minimum Qualifications Position Summary This position provides temporary administrative support to Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) Extension Faculty and serves as a point of contact for faculty and staff in the Hoke Smith Annex. Responsibilities include coordinating events such as workshops and conferences, supporting special projects. The role also oversees office operations, including supply inventory, and scheduling shared spaces. Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Familiarity and/or the ability to quickly learn Microsoft Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Canva, etc. Ability to work in an open work environment with interruptions and high activity. Demonstrated ability to be organized and efficient to meet deadlines Demonstrated initiative to help others, including guests and other office staff, as needed Commitment to teamwork and a collaborative culture Physical Demands Lift up to 10lbs Is this a Position of Trust?
