Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician, based in Woodbury, PA. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and delivering on-site field service support. Additionally, this role involves ensuring high standards of customer service and providing reliable, efficient support to meet client needs. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance and Repair, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficientlyAbility to effectively troubleshoot and identify solutions to mechanical and operational problemsKnowledge of Field Service processes and ability to perform onsite service and installationsStrong Customer Service and communication skills to interact professionally and effectively with clientsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTechnical certifications or vocational training in a relevant field is a plusPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in the equipment or maintenance industry, is desirable
