Additional responsibilities include administrative support for therapists and general departmental duties as needed.Core Responsibilities & Essential Functions:Assist therapists with patient treatment under direct supervision.Provide a "second set of hands" when needed during therapy sessions.Perform general administrative support tasks for therapists.Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and supplies are readily available.Required Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or GED required.Certifications & Licensure:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.Experience:Prior experience in an Outpatient Rehab patient care setting (preferred).Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and time management skills.Familiarity with medical terminology.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Join us and discover the support to do more meaningful workand enjoy a more rewarding life.
