It comprises over 100 board-certified physicians across more than 20 specialties, offering a wide range of medical services such as primary care, specialty care, and physical therapy. Position:Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA ) Compensation:$25-43 /hour (based on experience) Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Summary: Work collaboratively under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitative care that supports our patients' recovery goals. Responsibilities: Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients of varying ages and conditions Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to supervising therapists Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and recovery techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment environment Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomesQualifications: Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Florida PTA license (or eligibility for licensure) CPR certification (preferred or must obtain upon hire) Previous experience in outpatient or clinical rehab settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
