Account Supervisor – Media Planning & BuyingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Supervisor to lead performance media campaigns for key clients. As part of the account team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the implementation, ongoing optimization, and delivery of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, including search, social, programmatic, and display.This role requires a highly organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple client projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone who is curious, solutions-oriented, and committed to driving exceptional performance outcomes.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary client contact, working closely with the Account Director to build strong relationships and support long-term client retentionDevelop integrated media strategies aligned with client business objectives and target audiencesLead the creation of client deliverables, including media plans, quarterly business reviews, performance insights, and reportingOversee execution of media plans across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and direct publisher platformsAnalyze campaign performance to identify trends and provide actionable optimization recommendationsManage and support junior team members, providing guidance and professional developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and platform specialists to ensure alignment and campaign successProactively identify testing opportunities and performance improvements to drive continuous account growthStay current on industry trends, platform updates, and market changes to advise clients effectivelyQualifications / What You BringMinimum of 5+ years of experience in digital media planning with a strong emphasis on performance media and client servicing (agency experience required)Proven experience developing cross-channel media strategies across display, search, and social (CTV, audio, and DOOH experience is a plus)Strong understanding of audience behavior, cultural trends, and how they influence media planning decisionsFamiliarity with ad technology platforms including DSPs, social platforms, and measurement tools, with knowledge of targeting and attribution strategiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both clients and internal teamsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitudeExperience working with influencers or creators is a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE)Competitive benefits package including 20 vacation days and 401(k) matchSummer Fridays (early 3:00 PM finish from Memorial Day to Labor Day)11 annual holidays plus extended Christmas to New Year breakHybrid/flexible work arrangement with two in-office days per week required (NYC area)Potential travel for client meetings and on-site visitsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Applications reviewed on a rolling basis — early submission encouraged
