Role: Senior Automation Engineer responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks and infrastructure.Develops innovative tools to improve testing efficiency, debug failures, and communicate results through high-level reports. Monitors, analyzes, and reports on test automation outcomes.Responsibilities: Define, design, and develop test automation frameworks; automate APIs and UIs; build UI automation frameworks from scratch; implement best practices; improve automation processes; analyze testing results.Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years in software industry; expertise in Java, Selenium, TestNG, object-oriented programming; experience in API and UI automation; strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills; Bachelor's in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.Key Attributes: Highly technical, detail-oriented, creative, motivated, results-focused.
