Group has 6 Internal Medicine, 2 Pediatricians, 2 OB/GYNs, 1 Rheumatologist, 1 Part-time Psychiatrist, 1 part-time Ophthalmologist, 2 Part-time Dentists, 1 Optometrist, 2 LPCs and 15 APP s. Center has 215 total employees. Actual inpatient service: 20-25 deliveries/month. Average daily inpatient census = 1 Inpatient call 1:2- 1:3, paid in addition to base salary ($500 - $611 per day based on daily census) Guaranteed base salary never drops while employed. Quality measure bonus is also available. Primary Care HPSA score is 19 if you require National Health Service Corp (NHSC) loan repayment program or NHSC Scholarship placement. Benefits include 403-B retirement with 3% match after 3 months. CME $1,500, books and journals, membership dues, health, and life insurance, & cost-based relocation expenses of $6,000. FTCA malpractice insurance (tail included). 32 days off in year one including paid holidays and 5 CME days. Vacation time goes up in years 1 5 with total days off going up to 40 days off per year after 5 years. In years 6-10 the PTO goes up to 50 days off after 10 years with incremental increases each year.
