The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute carpentry projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and structural repairs. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating various tools, supervising team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. The role requires leadership capabilities to guide a team and communicate effectively with clients and project managers. Qualifications Strong skills in Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentryProficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools for various carpentry tasksExperience in Framing and structural constructionAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsLeadership experience in supervising a team is preferredKnowledge of safety standards and protocols in construction environmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
