VP of Global CompensationVP of Global Compensation SummarySearch Solution Group is searching for a Head of Global Compensation (VP) to join our client, located in NYC. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding business goals and objectives by maintaining working relationships internally and externally with outside business units and teams.This individual must have superior verbal and written communication skills as well as advanced planning and organizational skills. This role requires top-notch analytical capabilities to validate, filter, and prioritize data from multiple sources. Additionally, the right fit must have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage confidential/sensitive information.VP of Global Compensation ResponsibilitiesPartner with various stakeholders at all levels on projects and initiatives with a compensation components.Provide advice on pay decisions and interpretations of policy or guidelines including the development of creative solutions and designs.Educate Human Resources, managers, and employees on best compensation practices.Provide leadership, guidance and direction on the implementation and communication of compensation programs.Design, plan, and implement proposals for new hire offers, promotions, and adjustments.Maintain job grades including managing the Family Structure ensuring proper governance and consistency.Prepare analytics to support Talent Management.Oversee US salary survey vendor relationships and submission processes.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related fieldMaster's Degree preferred5+ years of compensation experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership roleCompensation program management skills, knowledge of the annual review process, reporting tools, Job Grading / Family and benchmark analysis
