The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation. Additional responsibilities include providing friendly and attentive customer service, maintaining a clean workspace, handling payments, and assisting with food preparation as needed.QualificationsProven skills in barista techniques, including coffee and specialty drink preparationStrong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team membersExperience with food preparation and maintaining hygiene standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPrevious experience in a similar role requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent
