Barista/Cashier
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks in accordance with company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to craft beverages
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met
Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Experience with POS systems for order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Previous experience in a café or coffee shop is required
- Familiarity with coffee varieties and brewing techniques
