Data Analytics Machine Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Analytics & Machine Systems Engineer to join our team and drive improvements in product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in off-road vehicle systems—particularly skid steer applications—to support control systems development and lead digital and quality initiatives using onboard and offboard data. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hands-on experience with data analytics tools, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across multifunctional teams.
Responsibilities
Support the development of methods and logic to correlate data from various sources to improve customer satisfaction by improving quality, performance, and efficiency.
Apply knowledge of skid steer systems and application to develop skid steer specific control systems and analysis.
Lead definition and requirements of application and support development of Digital and Quality initiatives utilizing product onboard and offboard data.
The annual salary for this role is $84,000 - $112,500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, agricultural, automotive, or similar engineering discipline
5 plus years of experience with off-road vehicle product development and knowledge of machine systems
Preferred:
Experience correlating and statistically analyzing data from various sources to machine systems, in relation to performance and quality
Experience working with a cross functional team
Experience with communicating issues, ideas, concepts, and solutions with internal stakeholders and management
Experience utilizing problem solving methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.); Azure Databricks; MS PowerBI Pro; Python or SQL
