Delivery Technician - Home Healthcare*Hiring Immediately* *Full Time Schedule with Full Benfits Package*The Delivery Technician delivers medical and enteral supplies to our patient's homes to protect the continuity of care for our medically fragile patients.Weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm MST.Pay and BenfitsThe starting pay for our Warehouse team is $19.00 per hour; as well as overtime pay during the on-call period after 40 hours per week, along with a $100 weekly on-call stipend. In addition to compensation, our full-time employees are eligbile to receive the following competitive benefit package including: Health, Dental, Vision, Life and many other options, 401(k) Savings Plan with Employer Match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan!*Must Have Prior DME Experience*Essential Job FunctionsDeliver medical equipment and enteral products to our patients in a timely, courteous, and professional mannerAssist with translation for our Spanish speaking families (if Bilingual)Maintain inventory through monthly counting and ordering procedures; receive, unpack and rotate incoming stockCheck incoming shipments for completeness of all ordered product against shipment packing slipsCommunicate with Supply Coordinator with any product/shipment discrepancies/issuesRespond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner to ensure proper communication to better serve our patientsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year DME delivery driver experience (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and ExcelBasic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)Must be able to speak, write, read and understand EnglishOther Skills/AbilitiesMust be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all timesMust possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalPhysical RequirementsOccasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 50 poundsMust be able to lift 50 poundsProlonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twistingMust be able to sit and climb stairsEnvironmentMust be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditionsPossible exposure to blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseasesOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
