This allows us to take a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve — those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative, responsive solutions.Position Type: Hybrid (Monday through Thursday in office, work from home Fridays)Hourly Pay Range: $27.70-$30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)Key Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative SupportProvide direct administrative support to the Director of Learning & Development, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materialsManage and organize email correspondence, including reviewing, sorting, and responding to emails on behalf of the Director of Learning and DevelopmentDraft, edit, and distribute professional communications, emails, reports, and presentationsServe as a point of contact for internal stakeholders related to training schedules, logistics, and follow-upsTraining & Program CoordinationCoordinate logistics for training sessions, orientations, leadership programs, and workshops (virtual and in-person)Manage training calendars, registration lists, attendance tracking, and completion recordsAssist with onboarding and New Employee Orientation (NEO) scheduling, digital preparation, and documentationSupport the preparation and distribution of training materials, evaluations, and follow-up communicationsData, Reporting & Systems SupportMaintain accurate training records, spreadsheets, and learning management system (LMS) dataTrack participation, completion rates, and deadlines for required training programsAssist with compiling reports and summaries for leadership and compliance purposesCollaboration & Process ImprovementWork closely with Learning & Development Specialists, HR, and leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution of training initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows, and communication related to learning programsQualificationsRequiredAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably in HR, Learning & Development, or training environmentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with calendars and scheduling toolsExperience supporting a senior leader or executiveFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS)Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionPreferredExperience in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services environmentsExperience with software or tools that enhance job efficiency and outputKey CompetenciesAttention to detailProfessional judgment and confidentialityProactive problem-solvingStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentCombination of office-based and virtual workOccasional travel to training sites or events may be requiredWhat’s in it for you?
