Now Hiring: Assistant Project ManagerCommercial Roofing | Austin, TX$80,000-$90,000 BaseI'm currently partnering with a growing commercial roofing contractor in Austin that is looking to add a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support commercial reroof projects.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of commercial roofing and is looking to continue developing their project management career while working alongside an experienced leadership team.What We're Looking For:• Commercial roofing experience required• 1+ years of experience supporting commercial roofing projects in a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager capacity• Strong understanding of commercial reroofing projects and project execution• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and schedules• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Procore• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial construction environmentWhy Candidates Are Interested:• $85,000-$95,000 base salary• Strong commercial reroof backlog• Exposure to complex and technically challenging projects• Opportunity to work directly alongside experienced Project Managers• Clear path for long-term growth and advancementIf you're interested or know someone who may be a fit, feel free to send me a direct message or email me at suzie@mammothrecruitment.com.
