Suite RunnerThe United Center is the largest arena in the United States and is located near the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. The United Center hosts concerts, other events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League and the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association.The Suite Runner supports premium suite service by ensuring timely delivery, setup, and maintenance of food, beverages, and equipment during events. This role focuses on efficiency, cleanliness, communication, and professional guest service.Key Responsibilities:Deliver food and beverages to suites promptly before and during events.Pick up orders from the kitchen and stock suite pantries.Maintain pantry cleanliness and follow all sanitation standards.Assist with event setup, restocking, and post-event breakdown.Communicate effectively with Suite Attendants, Supervisors, and management.Return equipment to storage and report missing items.Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude.Follow sign-in/sign-out procedures and assist team members as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:Basic communication, math, and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Must adhere to uniform, grooming, and safety standards.Apply to Levy today!
