Position ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, polishing, vacuuming, etc.Regularly monitor cleaning supply levels and equipment to ensure proper usage and replacementMaintain cleaning logs and documentation to track work completedMaintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and other housekeeping designated areasFollow company procedures related to chemicals and labeling cleaning solutionsReport any maintenance concerns or repairs needed to the appropriate personnelEnsure assigned areas are cleaned according to the company's established cleaning schedules and standardsMaintain accurate records of all pertinent data by established guidelines and proceduresAssist in maintaining Accommodation stock room and inventory levels for housekeepingConduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfactionHandle guest requests related to cleaning services or special requests in a professional mannerCollaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and continually enhance the campus experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Ability High school graduate or equivalentCustomer-oriented and friendlyWorking knowledge of the English language, written and verbalStrong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and with minimal supervisionBasic knowledge of cleaning methods and practicesPreferred SkillsBilingual - Spanish & EnglishPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentAbility to lift, carry, move, push and pull equipment or boxes up to 50lbsAbility to stand and walk for duration of shiftAbility to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasksAbility to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.Ability to work on various indoor and outdoor surfaces including grass, turf, courts, etc. in all weatherRequires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.Requires the use of stairs on a consistent basisMust be able to operate office equipment such as computersAbility to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed#LI-JB1 Background Requirements: Requires a background check upon offer Requires a drug test upon offer Benefits:As a full-time member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive offering listed below.
