Financial Analyst

A large enterprise financial services organization is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support critical treasury, liquidity, and balance sheet reporting initiatives. This role will focus on complex data analysis, business requirements gathering, data lineage, and financial product analysis within a highly regulated enterprise environment.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience working with treasury or liquidity reporting, and the ability to partner across business and technology teams to support strategic financial data initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data and business analysis related to treasury and liquidity reporting initiativesGather, document, and validate business and data requirementsAnalyze financial products including consumer and commercial loans, deposits, and other balance sheet productsSupport data lineage, data quality, and data governance initiativesCreate and maintain source-to-target data mapping documentationPartner with business, risk, finance, and technology teams to support reporting accuracy and process improvementsConduct data validation and reconciliation activities across multiple systemsUtilize SQL to analyze and validate large data setsSupport regulatory and enterprise financial reporting initiativesWork independently within a fast-paced enterprise environment while managing multiple prioritiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury analysis, liquidity reporting, or related enterprise financial environmentsStrong knowledge of treasury, liquidity, balance sheet reporting, or regulatory reporting conceptsExperience working with loans and financial products, including consumer and commercial lending productsExperience gathering business and data requirementsStrong understanding of data lineage, data quality, and data mapping conceptsAdvanced SQL skills for data analysis and validationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently with limited supervisionPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting regulatory reporting initiatives such as liquidity or treasury reportingFamiliarity with balance sheet products including deposits and derivativesExperience within large enterprise financial services environmentsExposure to source-to-target mapping and enterprise data governance initiativesThis is an excellent opportunity to support high-impact financial and regulatory initiatives within a complex enterprise environment while working alongside cross-functional finance and technology teams.
