Learn more at www.coopervision.com .Job Summary:The primary responsibilities for this position entail preparing data analytics to monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, cash flow forecast and working capital, support data mining initiatives and prepare reports and providing insights to leadership. This role will be presenting dashboards and reports to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvements initiatives. Additional responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline GBS processes and ensure data completeness and accuracy. This role will also require domestic and international cross-functional finance and operations collaboration and the ability to partner with external professionals. Candidates must be detail oriented, highly organized, and collaborative.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and perform advanced dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Excel. Analyze large dataset from multiple sources and ERPs to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracyPerform periodic analysis and reports for the GBS KPIs reporting to leadership and business with comments and insights of the operational performance and action plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and redefine performance metrics.Prepare monthly cash forecast for North America entities and consolidate the Americas region cash forecast providing performance analytics and variance comments to leadership and Corporate.Analyze working capital components to identify optimization opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally to working capital improvements.Prepare periodic presentations and reports to leadership summarizing performance insights.Present findings and recommendations to leadership.Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
