Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleClinical Excellence: You will implement, monitor, and adapt personalized care plans, acting as the primary advocate for your patients by communicating critical condition changes in real-time.Care Orchestration: Serving as the central hub of the clinical team, you'll harmonize efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated healthcare journey.Precision & Action: You'll expertly translate physician and nursing orders into high-quality clinical actions, ensuring safety and accuracy are at the forefront of everything you do.Transition Advocacy: Your expertise will guide patients beyond our walls as you collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate thoughtful, comprehensive discharge plans.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
