Job Title: Labor & Delivery RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: Permanent Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a mid-large hospital License: IL required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing - Valid IL nursing license - BLS certification Description: We are seeking a Labor & Delivery RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a mid-large hospital setting. This position involves an average of 230 deliveries per month. The unit consists of 14 labor rooms, 3 triage/overnight observation rooms, 2 operating rooms, and 3 post-anesthesia care units. Additionally, there is a 4-bed obstetric emergency department off the unit. The shift will be 12 hours, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
