Now is your chance to join the Team and Raise The Bar!Job DescriptionThe Marketing Services Manager plays a key role within the Creative Services Department, supporting branding and company initiatives. This position oversees the execution of creative projects submitted through the request intake system and works cross-functionally with requesters, designers, internal reviewers, and production teams. The role ensures all projects are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time, with a primary focus on managing workflows for non-traditional venues (NTVs) and Flagship Restaurants. Your Impact and Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects, including timelines, budgets, and communicationSupport creative development across multiple channels and platformsPartner with teams across Brand, RSO, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of creative needsCommunicate with requesters to ensure all required project information is providedCollaborate with designers to ensure projects are accurate, effective, and timelyProvide strategic direction and day-to-day support to internal and external creative teamsEnsure projects follow the defined creative review and approval processDeliver project status updates to the internal team and key stakeholdersMaintain workload reports and flag team bandwidth or timeline concernsCoordinate production handoffs and vendor routing for approved creative requestsIdentify and recommend improvements to creative development and workflow processesQualificationsTravel Requirements:Up to 5%Required Qualifications:4-6 years of experience in creative project managementBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related fieldWorking knowledge of marketing, creative, and design workflowsDemonstrated collaboration with graphic designers and production teamsExperience with digital creative development for websites and applicationsProven ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendor partnershipsStrong time management, project management, and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Background within the QSR industryExperience with construction or architecture-related projectsAdditional InformationThe physical work environment for this role includes a combination of working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s out in the community, traveling throughout the division, as well as time spent in our Restaurants. This can and will include working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting.
