You will partner closely with the carrier cross functional teams to ensure tools and resources function correctly. In addition, you will be instrumental in the annual business planning processes, influencing operational-strategy roadmaps and process improvement planning in support of current and long-term business plans. You will work directly with corporate retail account-teams, both locally and nationally, to help to set the operational process and measure the overall execution of our client’s success.Responsibilities include:Close inspection and monitoring of merchandising, display devices, and spend versus allocated budgetContractual knowledge and management of retail obligationsSpace and planogram planning with carrier partnersCritical launch planning and timelines with carrier, vendors and internal teamsSecurity partner relationships, funding and approvalsMystery shop execution from a planogram feedback and visibility perspectiveShipping journey by partner strategic vision, expertTiming and scheduling of partner merchandising resetsAdjust strategy to align with carrier partner distribution modelField insight coordinationQualificationsBachelor’s degree plus an additional 3+ years of relevant retail experience requiredDemonstrated experience working with multiple accounts and operationsStrength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team and drive end to end planningAdaptability to move at the pace of consumers and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when neededExperience in developing process and creating measurementsUnderstanding of Retail development and store systems/equipment highly desiredProficiency in Power Point, Word, and ExcelOutstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skillsAbility to drive and improve business cadence (planning, budgeting, business reviews), setting and improving processes, monitoring execution and driving accountability and visibility of progress against goals and objectivesAssess and provide insights on operational market opportunities for various channels, geographies and service levels to boost sales performance including informing go-to-market strategies, improvements to our account/internal team’s capabilities and performance, and product enhancements
