Most importantly, you enjoy creating moments where guests feel taken care of.You Likely:Have experience in hospitality, events, catering, venue operations, or similar fast-pacedenvironmentsExcel at executing events with accuracy and consistencyAre highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing multiple moving partsAre confident stepping into leadership moments when needed to keep service on trackUnderstand how front-of-house experience and back-of-house coordination work togetherYou'll Be:Running point on multiple private events from setup through teardownCoordinating with bar, kitchen, and game/court teams so everything flows smoothlyCommunicating clearly with internal teams so no one is guessingKeeping timelines on track so food, drinks, and activities hit at the right momentsGreeting guests and setting the tone for their experience when they arriveTroubleshooting in real time when something shiftsMaking sure spaces are set, stocked, and event-ready before guests walk inEnsuring each private event feels intentional, elevated, and effortless for the guestThe go-to person for executing private events at Tipsy Pickle from start to finish. You’ll be the glue between planning and reality—the one making sure what was sold is what’s delivered (and then some).This is a full-time, in-person, salaried role.
