At InRhythm, You Will:
Perform all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to design and build scalable, distributed solutions for a positive user experience.
Transform monolithic applications into modern microservices-driven solutions.
Integrate new features with third-party systems via APIs.
Optimize frontend applications for responsiveness.
Document code and assist troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts.
Provide thought leadership and uphold best practices in system design and development.
Technical Skills
Core and advanced Java (JDK8 or higher).
Experience with Spring Boot, relational databases, and caching solutions.
Proficiency in unit, functional, integration, and contract testing.
Experience with external system/API integration, high availability, scaling, resiliency, and system maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently across environments.
Quick learner and adaptable to new projects or domains.
Ability to work as an SME on features/epics and provide quality code reviews.

Good interpersonal and proactive questioning skills.
Ability to identify and lead application improvements.
Proactive in code review and suggestions for improvement.
Shift Timing: 8-5, with a hybrid work mode (3 days onsite).
Interview Rounds: 4 virtual rounds (2 internal, 2 client).
Background Check: Mandatory BGV post-offer.
