Electronics Assembly
SUMMARY
Responsible for all production activities of the electro-mechanical assembly area in order to complete the assigned work order correctly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull kits with assigned work order number from staging shelf.
Identify and count all components, (standoff's, screws, washers, etc.) according to the Bill of Materials (B.O.M.).
Assemble boards paying attention to detail and instructions from the assembly work instructions, B.O.M., and the print.
Machine or hand-clean assemblies as needed.
Work with the following: Box Build, Hand/Electrical tools, Press Fit, Hardware, Cable Harness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Cable harness experience required.
Minimum 2 yrs. experience in assembly, preferably in PCBA assembly.
Ability to read and interpret documents is required along with basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Highly dependable.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to count accurately.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Good communication skills.
ISO-9000 experience desirable.
