PCB Assembler
Responsibility:
-Responsible for all production activities of Printed Circuit Board Area to complete the
assigned work orders correctly.
Activities: Activities include but not limited to:
-Pulling kits with assigned work order number from staging shelf.
-Identify and audit all components to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
-Ensure boards have been baked for pre-determined time.
-Mask bare boards on locations highlighted on bare board drawing.
-Install other components (i.e., connectors, stand offs, pem nuts, terminals, etc.) per board prep instructions.
-Cut traces if necessary.
-Place completed, prepped, and labeled boards in loading staging area.
-Using Assembly Work Instruction, BOM, and Print Assembler load all components on to the Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
paying attention to detail and instructions of the BOM and Print documents.
-Bend, Form, Cut, and Clip components/leads to conform with final product specifications.
-Place completed work order on a cart for pre-wave inspection.
-Comply with IPC 610 specifications.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent and must be highly dependable with excellent attention to detail
and accuracy.
-Ability to count accurately.
-Good hand/eye coordination.
-Ability to read and interpret: Assembly Work Instructions, Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings (Print), and resistor color
codes is required along with basic computer skills.
-Be able to identify electronic component value.
-ISO-9000 experience desirable and good communications skills.
-Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
