Travel Radiation Therapist

American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with a CA RTT license and a minimum of 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital Radiation Oncology department.Job Details• Hospital-based Radiation Oncology department,• Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts with a 0700-0800 start time,• 13-week contract assignment,• Uses MOSAIQ for electronic medical records,• Experience with Varian TrueBeam preferred,Job Requirements• Active CA RTT license required if applicable,• Current ARRT certification required,• Current BLS/BCLS certification required,• Minimum of 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience,• SSN and DOB required for consideration,• Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ preferred,Additional Information• Set up and align patients using various imaging techniques to deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed,• Assess patient status during direct interaction and make appropriate referrals to health care team members,• Prepare for treatment delivery including chart/film checks, room set-up, calculations, EMR checks, and treatment calendar programming,• Perform patient set-up and CT scans for radiation therapy treatment planning as needed,
