Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description Job SummaryThe Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and continuous operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment. Depending on experience and skill level (A/B/C), the mechanic will perform tasks ranging from basic preventive maintenance to complex diagnostics and equipment rebuilds. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring production targets are met.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipmentTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systemsUse hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentWeld, fabricate, or modify components as needed (MIG, Stick, and TIG; Stainless experience xaygatp a plus)Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and safelyAssist in equipment installations or upgradesAccurately document all work using the Computerized Maintenance Management SystemCollaborate with other departments to minimize downtime
