Legal Word Processor
A company is looking for a Word Processor to provide legal administrative support in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and format documents using various applications
Input and revise MS Office documents and create master captions/Proofs of Service
Perform quality checks on all work and manage document conversions and formatting
Required Qualifications
College coursework or equivalent experience in a legal secretarial field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional
Experience with document management systems like iManage Work (DeskSite) preferred
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with merge applications, macros, and document formatting software
