The goal is measurable growth, not buzzwords.About the roleWe’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid landing page performance and structured experimentation across acquisition campaigns. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this role is ideal for a technically fluent, analytically rigorous optimization leader who can translate media investment into measurable conversion gains through disciplined testing and user experience improvements.You’ll be responsible for defining and prioritizing the paid landing page experimentation roadmap, leading A/B testing initiatives from hypothesis through launch and analysis, and partnering closely with Paid Media, Website Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative teams to continuously improve conversion rate, Quality Score alignment, and media efficiency.This role blends experimentation strategy, statistical expertise, user experience insight, and cross-functional leadership, with clear accountability for maximizing conversion performance and protecting return on paid media investment.What you'll doIn this role, you will lead the ownership, development, and execution of our conversion rate optimization strategy, utilizing your expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, and UX design to drive measurable resultsEstablish and govern the testing prioritization framework to ensure resources are focused on high-impact, high-confidence experiments that drive measurable lead & revenue growthCollaborate with paid media leadership to ensure landing page strategies align with media buying objectives to optimize Quality Scores and conversation rateWork closely with Product Manager, Web to ensure landing page design and implementation is line with holistic site development and activityLead implementation with UX, design, and other resources as necessaryPartner with analytics team to validate that testing priorities address the highest-value business risks, acting as the solution architect (owning the what and how to test) while relying on the analytics team for diagnostic insights and final financial impact verificationAnalyze data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user engagementStay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimizationConduct user research and usability testing to inform optimization strategiesMonitor and report on key metrics to track the success of optimization effortsCommunicate with stakeholders to provide updates on optimization initiatives and resultsIdentify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may impact user experience and conversion ratesRemain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStay accountable for meeting and exceeding conversion rate goalsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in CRO, digital optimization, or analytics-driven rolesBackground in experimentation, A/B testing, and web analyticsStrong understanding of website content management systems, including major eCommerce platformsAdvanced statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable optimization recommendationsDemonstrated ability to combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive performance improvementsAbility to balance immediate “quick wins” (e.g. copy testing) with long-term structural optimization strategist (e.g. page architecture)Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads, and other digital analytics and optimization toolsThe pay range for this role is:105,000 - 135,000 USD per year (Glendale, CA)
