Own the full funnel—from acquisition to intake to signed clients—with a focus on ROI, growth, and operational efficiency.Target Background:Healthcare, insurance, financial services, education, or similar high-volume DTC sectors.ResponsibilitiesOwn and scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), managing $150K+ monthly spendDrive full-funnel performance across landing pages, intake, and call center conversionBuild and optimize growth systems including testing frameworks, CRM/MarTech, and attributionImprove speed-to-lead and conversion rates in partnership with intake and operationsOptimize across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to maximize lead quality and signed clientsQualifications8+ years in DTC/performance marketing with proven revenue impact (not just CPL optimization)Hands‑on paid media experience building and managing campaigns directlyExperience in high-volume, complex funnel environments with strong testing and optimization rigorFamiliarity with multi‑channel acquisition (paid, SEO, lifecycle) and CRM/MarTech systemsProven leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing teamsCritical Requirement:Must have personal, hands‑on experience (not solely team or agency oversight) building campaigns in Google Ads and Meta. While the CMO will not be expected to actively build campaigns as part of this position, deep subject matter expertise is the most important requirement of this job.
