This role provides high‑level paralegal support across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters, working closely with attorneys and internal business partners. The ideal candidate is experienced, and comfortable managing multiple complex transactions independently.Key ResponsibilitiesReview leases, REAs, and related documents; analyze use restrictions, exclusives, relocation rights, co‑tenancy, CAM provisions, and termination rightsConduct real estate due diligence and prepare written summaries, schedules, and exhibitsDraft and assist with real estate transaction documents, amendments, agreements, and correspondenceCoordinate title and survey matters, including ordering, review, issue resolution, and title policy issuance Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or in‑house environmentStrong experience with real estate transactions, due diligence, and title/survey matters
