Real Estate Paralegal (Law Firm Experience Required)
Position: Real Estate ParalegalLocation: Century City (preferred), Orange County, or San Francisco (Hybrid, 3 days onsite/week)Pay: $110,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.Experience5+ years’ experience in transactional real estate and general corporate law.Prior experience with entity formations and title survey matters is required.Type: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pmKent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client!Job DescriptionAnalyze titles and surveys for multi-million and billion-dollar acquisitions, financing deals, and sales.Work closely with client teams, title companies, surveyors, and other counsel to resolve issues and obtain satisfactory title policies with endorsements.Analyze title and survey to determine property suitability for and prepare SNDAs and estoppels on behalf of nationally recognized clients with extensive lease portfolios.Review and revise leases, draft amendments, memoranda, and lease exhibits. Prepare closing checklists. Run all-hands deal project meetings and draft an agenda for the same. Draft transactional documents. Mentor junior real estate associates and advise non-real estate partners/senior associates. Research Title: Pro and CoStar Databases. Coordinate recordings nationwide.
