ResponsibilitiesOversee daily facility operations, including office maintenance, repairs, and service requests. Support space planning, office moves, workstation assignments, and layout adjustments. Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment. Assist with health, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures. Manage receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail and packages. Prepare and process outgoing mail, including courier and shipping services. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and shipments, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with postal regulations. Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues. Support inventory management of mailing supplies (envelopes, labels, postage). Provide customer service to employees regarding facilities and mailroom inquiries. QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skills. Experience in facilities management, office administration, or mailroom operations preferred. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling mail and packages. Ability to lift and move packages as required Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
