Order Entry Specialist (Santa Ana)
Duration:6 MonthsRoles & ResponsibilitiesThe main function is to maintain order management, order allocation and fulfillment, Back Order, communication with internal/external customers, and other responsibilities including not limited to ad hoc report, data analysis, projects involvement. The order management role will be reporting to GPCA CE order management.Job Responsibilities:Receive and process customer orders through various channelsVerify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirementsEnsure orders are entered into the system accurately and promptlyTrack orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders, including changes, cancellations, or returns.Provide clear and accurate information about order status, shipping times, and delivery options.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required0-2 years' experience required.Basic knowledge in order management systems and software a plus (e.g., ERP, CRM).Skills1) Order Management experience / 0-1 years2) Data Analysis / 0-1 years3) Customer communication experience / 0-1 yearsAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
