Maintenance Tech w/ Freon License Needed for Beautiful Trinity Community

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate expertise in various technical areas. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing excellent customer service. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch. Emergency on-call is handled on a rotational basis and will require evening and weekend coverage. 50% apartment discount provided if necessary. Maintenance responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1.) Preparing/punching apartments for move-in. 2.) Making repairs in occupied resident apartment homes. 3.) Provide support to maintenance supervisor/other technicians. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1.) HVAC Universal Freon certification is required. 2.) General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc. 3.) Attention to detail. 4.) Strong organizational skills. 5.) Good judgment. 6.) Communication skills. 7.)
