Corporate Attorney

Corporate Attorney The attorney in this role will support and lead work on a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, capital restructuring, and other strategic corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 12 years of law firm experience and demonstrated first- or second-chair involvement in transactional matters. Strong experience in general corporate work, contract drafting and review, and M&A is essential.
