Transactional Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with strong experience in corporate and M&A transactions. This role involves handling deals end-to-end, including drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on business and legal matters.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing transactions independently and working directly with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle purchase and sale transactions from inception through closingDraft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transactional documentsConduct due diligence (corporate, financial, regulatory)Advise clients on business structures, compliance, and strategic mattersSupport entity formation and equity structuringPrepare legal opinions and transactional documentationCollaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clientsQualifications6–9 years of experience in corporate/transactional lawStrong experience in M&A transactions and deal executionHands-on experience managing deals end-to-endExcellent drafting and negotiation skillsAbility to work directly with clientsActive New Jersey Bar admission (required)Strong analytical and attention to detail
