Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.We are seeking a highly motivated, technically talented individual, who has a true desire to lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment to support Landing Gear MRO. In this role you will be assisting with the daily production of the facility, onboard, train and provide direction to skilled employees, leading employee engagement, and driving continuous improvement efforts guided by our Control Tower objectives.Additionally, you will lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, and cost reduction through the system's various elements.
