Job Description Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourJob description:As concierge, we serve as the face of the community and play an integral role inmanaging the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellentcustomer relations and communication skills, and will be able to complete tasks without much supervision. The candidate will work directly with the Directors of Gilded Services.Job DutiesCheck-in guests and vendors and ensure all visitors are permitted to enter the buildingPackage Management and NotificationMonitor building access points and complete building patrolsReport Maintenance/Community issues to the Property ManagerComplete Daily Activity Reports and Incident ReportsEngage transients and contact authorities if neededRespond to resident inquiries via phone and emailMaintain satisfactory attendance and punctualityOccasionally lift up to 50 poundsBasic Qualifications:Possess a strong level of professionalism and excellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and provide creative solutionsAt least two years of experience in a customer service roleMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications:Two years of experience as a ConciergeGilded Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** Please note, this position will require professional attire** Gilded Services conducts drug and background screening for all hires
